Here are some frequently asked questions that may help you in achieving an enjoyable, well-informed shopping experience with us.
Is there a minimum purchase amount needed to order online?
There is no minimum purchase for online orders.
Do you accept orders on weekends and outside business hours?
Yes, orders are accepted 24/7 and will be processed from Monday to Sunday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm.
Can I cancel and/or amend my order or shipping details?
For security reasons, once your order has been confirmed, you will not be able to make any changes, additions, cancellations or amendments. However, Baluyut Sisters Trading reserves the right to cancel multiple or fraudulent orders.
Is there a chance my order won’t be fulfilled?
In case our product is unavailable for any reason, our team will contact you to provide a refund.
Is there a limit to the quantity of orders?
We are happy to work with small and big companies, discerning hotels, caterers, restaurants, boutique cafes and food manufacturers interested in our Sagana Coconut Spread in bulk and retail. For bulk orders, you may contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
How much is delivery fee?
Delivery fee will be shouldered by the client. Our team will book the courier service and inform client of the fee before proceeding with the delivery.
Which cities in the Philippines do you ship to?
Metro Manila, Cainta, and Antipolo
Special delivery conditions apply for South and North Luzon.
Please note that the community quarantine may affect stated delivery lead time in some locations. In such cases, we will communicate any delays to keep you updated with your order.
Can I choose my preferred delivery date?
Yes. You may indicate in the Notes tab your preferred delivery date when you checkout.
What courier do you use?
Currently, we will be shipping through Grab, Lalamove, and Mr. Speedy. We may also deploy our in-house delivery vehicles as necessary.
What happens if I’m not available to receive my package upon delivery?
As our current delivery partners are on-demand, which means parcels are picked up and delivered straight to you, please ensure that someone is available to receive your orders and pay the courier. In the event that no one will be around to sign off on your delivery, please contact our team immediately at email@example.com. You may be charged an additional delivery fee should your order require redelivery.
How can I track my order?
Our courier will update you once your order is on the way and when they are near our area. Please be ready to receive your order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept locally and internationally issued AMEX, JCB, Mastercard or VISA debit cards and credit cards, GCash, and BPI online transfer.
How will I know if my order pushed through?
You will receive an e-mail confirming the receipt of your order.
Do you save my debit or credit card information?
Rest assured that all debit and credit card information will not be saved in our system. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).
Can I get discounts when I use my Seniors Citizen Card / PWD Card / VAT Exemption Certificate / Diplomat ID / Vat Exemption Identification Card when I shop online?
Currently, we are not able to apply these discounts as we are not able to verify these documents through out online shop.
PRODUCT RETURN & EXCHANGE
if item is found to be questionable in quality after delivery, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with clear photos of the product so that we can attend to the issue immediately. We will be happy to provide a replacement pending an investigation.
